Summary section removed

The summary section was important as it clearly stated when the next payment was due, what the minimum payment was as well as the outstanding balance. This meant people could choose to pay off the balance outstanding rather than the minimum amount owing. Removing this has caused a serious communication error with customers as the total balance payable for one month may not necessarily be the difference between the total credit limit and how much is remaining on the card. Why take away something that was clear, simple and easy to access and understand. Now it’s more frustrating and harder to find when payments are due and this seems to coincide with the credit company’s increase in fees for late payments!

What ATM? ,

Include sum of pending transactions on Dashboard

How about including the sum of ‘Pending Transactions’ on the Dashboard along with ‘Available Funds’ and ‘Account Balance’ so the user can see a complete view of their credit allocation at first glance. Currently, where the sum of these two amounts does not equal the total credit limit, the user then has to go to the ‘Transactions’ screen to see if there are any ‘Pending Transactions’ and add the sum of these amounts to the amounts on the ‘Dashboard’ to see if they can account for their total credit limit or if some sort of accounting error has occurred.

Adding this amount to the ‘Dashboard’ display would make it more useful and more user friendly.

Also, I cannot find anywhere within the app that enables the user to provide feedback from within the app. Why is this function not available there?

Was a good app till their latest update

No longer able to easily identify the statement balance or next due date. Previously this information appeared on the summary page but now only the account balance is visible.

Statement section no longer functioning properly as it shows no statements for this year and shows only 2 statements for the entire past calendar year with one of them flagged as most recent yet it is 12 months old.

Appalling quality control on their update process. Most disappointing!
