Converge International 17+

First time using Converge and I find it very informative. Love the interaction and consistency with different topics that have the same message but ask questions in so many different ways
Linked to my preferred movement tracker makes things so easy.
Looking forward to progressing with my health in a fun way.

After having read everything I can find on their website and in the app, I’m pretty sure that if your employer moves to this EAP, you should riot. I can find no indication they even employ qualified counsellors and most of their resources are just links to other services. Not even any tools for self help, no self-assessment ahead of seeking help and their health and well-being page is all about links to vaccinators and seminars. Oh and you only get 6 session with a “social worker, mediator, wellbeing expert, pastoral carer, management coach or rehabilitation partner” anyway.

I checked out their webinars and there’s one in three years - and it’s just an ad for another one of their services, which is all about sniffing out problem employees at the recruitment stage.

This company seem to be like the ‘basic’ tier of private health insurance. Barely any actual service, just there to cheaply tick a box to save someone some money.

Have been using this app for 9 months. Love that it syncs to the Apple Health app to automatically collate and present my personal data. Like anything in life, you get out what you put in! I find the insights most helpful when I use the mood tracking. I also love that it measures my sleep, heart and activity as I find this motivating and it’s driven me to make some healthy lifestyle changes to obtain that green tick ✅!!
