Yoga Nidra is a systematic and scientific method of inducing deep and complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is an ancient technique based on the time tested principles of yoga and through regular practice one can easily develop a sense of deep relaxation, calmness and peace.

Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

Love this app

I try to do this every day. It’s an easy way to get bot my body and out of my head. Great app worth every cent. I can choose how short or long it is.

Useful tool for relaxation

I use his app as part of my relaxation tool kit. It has the options for three different timed yoga Nidra sessions which is convenient as you can do a short or longer session depending on how much time you have available. It also has an option for background sounds which can be good and the sound is adjustable.
Overall I think this app is good value. I like to do it before I go to bed to help me unwind.

Don't hesitate

Clear instruction, beneficial practice, great to have control over the length (10, 20 or 30 mins, so you can do as much as you have time for) and excellent background soundtracks which help concentration. Best app investment I've ever made.
