Useless and unfriendly. Using the app wastes so much time. I wonder why each time I need to do anything with my account I still need to call the phone number, go through the painful process of ‘identification’ and battle through language barriers with the operators. Why would it not be possible for example to download 12 months of statements from the app, as is claimed? I have not closed my card but still it only gives me 6 months worth of transactions (not PDF statements). I think it might be time to find a better card with a normal website with full functionality.

I am digital native but the sign up and activation process of this app is atrocious! I wasted at least 15 minutes trying to activate my card and couldn’t set a password, or sign up, then when solved that i was randomly signed out, couldn’t log back in, then one time sms codes weren’t being sent, couldn’t reset password. Fix the app or delete it. Unbelievable. Never been this frustrated by anything in my life!!

Do yourself a favor and read other ratings, this App is absolute RUBBISH. One cannot do much except review “some” transactions. Don’t try to use the filter function … because it doesn’t work. Don’t try and export or print anything because that function isn’t available and don’t try and call Diners Support as that will take-up the best part of your day, night or possibly a week. Dear Diners maybe listen to the users. Cheers
