It is a great app but the sign in process is somehow annoying, it has easy sign in but seems to have no significant different cause every time I accessed the app, I need to enter login detail manually and then be able to use easy sign in. Also, some features of the app seem not user friendly or working smoothly. When I accessed some features like chatting with customer service, it didn’t connect smoothly or I have to redo the process again.

In the notification section inside the ap it says “coming soon”…. How long has that been there for???How can you make us wait over 30min in the chat box- and not tell us when you’ve “arrived”?? Plus they only wait 3min before they leave, and you have to wait the whole 30min again.I don’t like notifications at the beta of times- but they are essential when waiting on hold for that long!

Has anyone facing the same issue, it’s been a week but mentioned to be delivered in 1-4 business days, also it’s never easy to contact the support team, putting on hold or wait for long minutes, when I’m back to the chat page, the agent is left because I’m not replying , very disappointed

Really happy with the Dodo app, it's clean, easy to use, and makes managing my account simple. Paying bills and checking my usage takes just a few taps. Love how smooth everything works!
