Almost impossible to make a claim using app

No way to upload files such as PDFs, and when trying to upload a photo of a file instead, the camera roll appears all out of order, so it’s impossible to find the receipt to attach. I even tried making my receipt a favourite, but the app doesn’t recognise the change I’ve made, as my receipt image still doesn’t appear in my favourites folder, even one day after the change was made. This is ridiculously poor build design in this day and age, especially when many of us don’t have access to a printer while working from home. I’ve had to take a picture of the receipt on my computer monitor in order to submit my claim - hope someone can read it.

Not Accepting Photos

This App is useless as far as I am concerned. When trying to make a claim I tried to firstly allow access to my photo library and the App only found a handful of images which were not in order of when they were taken and the latest ones were not included in the search result. There was a copy of my receipt I took earlier today but it wasn’t included in the search result. I tried the other method of taking a photo and all I was faced with was a black screen and couldn’t get any further. I see there are quite a few reviews where members have had similar problems with this App so it’s about time it was fixed. I have an iPhone 7+ so there should not have been any issues. I tried deleting the App and reinstalling but same problems each time. It’s now 2020 HCF not good enough. Back to lodging a claim by mail.

Frustrating to use

Hubby and I can’t use the HCF app individually on our own phones ( like we have with other funds in the past) only 1 person can register on the App even though we are both on the Policy... really?
Trying to find Providers through the app takes you around in circles and even asks you in a drop down box which health Fund you want to look through... when you are on the HCF App... really?
Once you find the providers, it gives you the individual provider and not the name of the business they work in ( not until you look further still)... wrong way around. If I have never been to a Dentist, do all those peoples names mean anything to me? No
This app needs a lot of work.

Meanwhile, we're always working to improve our app so we're investigating the provider search experience you described.
