Not accepting photos
I’ve now submitted my claims twice, but received an email back saying that no photos were attached. Firstly I took the photo within the app like I normally do. There were no errors, and even gave me receipt number.
So upon receiving email to say there was no photo of claim/ invoice attached, I resubmitted, but this time took the photo first then uploaded via the claim. There were no errors and said it went though and gave me a receipt number.
I have now received yet another email to say there were no photos attached of said claim/ invoice/ payment. So there is something wrong with your app. How else must I claim? I’m not posting it, this is 2019.
Not Accepting Photos
This App is useless as far as I am concerned. When trying to make a claim I tried to firstly allow access to my photo library and the App only found a handful of images which were not in order of when they were taken and the latest ones were not included in the search result. There was a copy of my receipt I took earlier today but it wasn’t included in the search result. I tried the other method of taking a photo and all I was faced with was a black screen and couldn’t get any further. I see there are quite a few reviews where members have had similar problems with this App so it’s about time it was fixed. I have an iPhone 7+ so there should not have been any issues. I tried deleting the App and reinstalling but same problems each time. It’s now 2020 HCF not good enough. Back to lodging a claim by mail.
What have you done to the app?
It used to work perfectly but I’ve had to delete and reinstall it today. It wouldn’t recognise my password, tried multiple times to reset it via sms and email but got nothing. Then I was locked out of my account. After half an hr reinstalled again and got in this time, reset password, but when claiming my Photo library came up with one image to use (I have 200+ images in my library) so then had to print my receipt and take a photo via the app - app camera wouldn’t take photo. Had to log out and go back in again !! to take photo.
Please fix these issues. Can’t make this claim via your website and your nearest office is on the other side of town. I only recently completed a survey about your app and was glowing. Not sure what you’ve done...
