I'm loving the new app! It's really great to see the new refreshed look and be able to navigate through my accounts so easily and intuitively. It's great to see the performance graphs and everything looks super fresh. It's easy to see additional information about the products I buy using Vanguard Personal Investor.I love that Vanguard Super also has a Future Forecast that allows me to view my future Super balance based on expectations from Vanguard's proprietary capital markets model! I haven't seen any other companies do this.

Love this app. Thought there was a problem with the drop down arrow on current FY year etc so requested a fix. The problem was me not them as it had been changed and I didn’t realise. They still responded, explaining the change. So great to take the time to help.

Updates are great but they haven’t made their way to the kids investment accounts

Thanks for bringing many much needed updates to the app - they are good. BUT the kids investor part of the app seems to have missed out. You can’t see returns on the chart for time frames beyond 1 year (other than ‘all time’), you can’t see a breakdown of what your kid is invested in (which would be great for financially educating your kids). Can all the features be added to the kids accounts please?

You can access this feature by clicking on your cash account from the dashboard, where you’ll find “deposit” and “withdrawal” options. If you’re having trouble locating it, please reach out, and we’d be happy to assist. As for portfolio % returns, this functionality is built into version 6.8, and we are in the final stages of testing to ensure the data is accurate. It will be available once testing is complete. We recently released the performance for our Super members, and are still working through the maths as it relates to the Investment side of things. The team know this is a top priority feature! Now, we can tell you that a smooth log-in is coming next month. It's been a huge build and we've really cleaned things up, we can't wait to release this one. We've also updated the details on the Auto-Invest screen, you can see when the next DD is due and timing for that regular investment. Now, the last item, "detail about what you've invested in", we're assuming you mean the underlying assets as opposed to the investment product that's listed on your investment portfolio screen? Missing Money

I have had no issues with Vanguard to date however my daughter had all her investments disappear and a request through Vanguard to verify her identification.I assured her that Vanguard would show her correct balance and messaged Vanguard through the application.It’s been over a week now and still no communication from vanguard through their application messaging system.It’s gotten to the point where I’m concerned about my investments through vanguard as well. Not to mention the effect it will have on my daughter’s trust of investing in future.
