Glad I could get my end of year statements on this app because the website is dodgy. Data in the app vs website is different, when I log into the app I see additional statements that weren’t available in the website.Statements seems to be the only thing that works though, every other feature give me an generic error message “unauthorised”. Not very useful.

If I could give zero stars I would. The App Store shows a “Sell” screenshot, please show me where to find that because I want my shares off your useless platform. How can you get away with managing so much money, but offering so few services? I’ve spent hours on hold to your customer service number trying to get my holdings in order, I shouldn’t be surprised that your app is an absolute shell with no useful functionality either. I constantly get error pop ups with no explanation why, or error messaging to guide me to rectify. The “help” feature only takes me back through the onboarding journey, it’s impossible to get in contact. I’d laugh if I wasn’t so maddened.

Between pay day and the end of the month the app won’t let you login and just says ‘incorrect password or email’ which is a lie because I’m using my pin to login, then if you try the website instead to see your holdings is says “bad request” so essentially you have to wait till the next month and only have two weeks to log in a view anything. Don’t know why this is an issue since it could easily be fixed. 0/10

At least the app works better than the website which is appalling and hardly any function seems to work. Managed to change some settings using the app for the first time, yet to log in again. Why is the app phone sized on my iPad? Who wrote this software?
The latest Investor Centre update includes performances improvements, bug fixes.
