Well you have the option to view your tenancy ledger, there is no option to print or save as pdf as in their previous versions. Really need this fixed as having to chase real estate for it instead of being able to do so thru the app

Good idea but very flawed. Annoying how new emails go to the bottom of the list. Even more annoying is that you can’t tell which emails are read or unread; I have a red “1” notification on the messages icon and I swear I have gone into every message multiple times and I just can’t get rid of it. Wish I could tell which message it is saying is unread.
Also, I have “allow notifications” switched on in the app settings, but I have never received a notification from the app when an email is received. Yes I have allowed notifications via my iPhone settings as well, but still never receive any.
I would prefer just to stick to emails rather than using this app, this app is not very user friendly in my opinion.

Poorly designed to the point that it looks fake. First thing I saw was a spelling error. Didn’t even work. Said I had two messages but the messages screen said there was nothing to load. The main thing I wanted to do was a maintenance request. Went through the process only to end up with an error message saying try again. Tried again numerous times, same error. Will email my property manager instead and delete this piece of junk.
