CONVENIENT PAYMENT: Clear visualization shows your current payment status. Use the app to make payments or change the payment method for the monthly rate.
MANAGE CONTRACT: Use Mercedes me Finance app to update your address, phone, or email. In case you are thinking of ending your contract earlier, the payout feature provides transparency on the end payment.
MULTIPLE CONTRACTS: If you are financing or leasing more than one vehicle, you can manage all contracts in the app.

Worst app I’ve used
Out of all the finance apps I’ve used, this one is by far the worst of them. I could be in the middle of the Sahara desert wow SOS service and my Internet would load faster than this app does on 5g. Customer service is great but the app developers needs a bit more of the budget to fix it.

Crashing
I keep trying to get into the app but it will log me in then say unfortunately not avaliable at this time and I’m in need of some of the details on there asap.
The app tends to not work a lot and is always up to date and my phone is a iPhone 14+
