1. It appears the app is not recognising daylight savings & so is incorrectly showing TOU times of energy consumption every day. I know Daylight savings doesn’t apply same everywhere, suggest either make that a user selectable option or determine it from user Billing postcode.2. CL2 (hot water service) doesn’t appear at all - yet it’s separately tracked and recorded for billing purposes. How do you handle this? Is it added to the TOU line or excluded? Obviously different $ rate too - how is this reflected in app costs section, included or not? If so how / where please?3. Any reason my you don’t show today’s actual energy details, I believe the smart meter is read every 1/2 hour - why not let us see this please?

Out in the bush with low bandwidth this app is much slower to load than most other apps. Programmers typically work in a high bandwidth environment and when they test something, some issues don’t show up.Perhaps the loading speed could be looked at in a slow environment.

Version 1.9 and still no app clarity between Anytime Power and Control Load power usage. This really is unsatisfactory. You can not manage your power usage if you can not see what power is being accrued. Only a total consumption. This needs immediate action. This is really poor customer support. Version 1.8 and still no visibility of Control Load and Anytime usage. You guys are so slow at providing useful necessary updates or deliberately not allowing us to see and manage our different power usage? Very sad. After almost a year waiting, Version 1.7 still doesn’t show Control Load 1 and Anytime usage separately, only Total Consumption which is not useful for power management. Please include this as a matter of priority. Other energy retailers have been showing this for years. Still no Control Load displays, only total Consumption in the version 1.6 update. Very disappointing. Hi. Any idea when the app will display actual power types used re Anytime Power and Control Load 1, rather than just a consumption total? I have just joined Red Energy and started using the App believing that I could view and manage my power usage as Red Energy states. However there is no separation of Anytime power and Controlled Load 1 power usage in the displays. Only total power consumed. As these types of power and associated kWh rates are quite different, this makes the data display near useless. I note from other web pictures that TOU power is displayed in the App with its three categories and individual power used in each. It would not seem too difficult to provide this for Single Rate and Controlled Load customers. My previous supplier Energy Locals did so without issue making power management a breeze. Can you fix this please.

App randomly logged me out and won’t recognise login. Tried logging onto website successfully. Deleted and reinstalled app and that resolved. It can take a 1 week for bills to reflect in the app and invoices emailed. Also why can’t we do payment extension on the app, why we got to call? It’s 2026, get with the program, it’s government so bit of a jock joke.
