Thank you for finally making an app. It is great to see after so many years of dealing with one of the worst websites in retail history. However…I don’t understand why you would go to all this trouble, but not include functionality to include our ‘favourites’ list. C’mon guys, give the people what they want!

The website seemingly has gotten worse over time. It’s nearly completely unusable and frankly I cannot be bothered shopping at Priceline anymore as a loyal customer with a maximum level Sister Club membership. On the site, the Wishlist no longer works, and I reported this years ago to support. It constantly logs me out and clears my cart midway through shopping, the whole site dies if you open a nee tab of any browser, the search function is super unreliable, and many pages reroute in circles and don’t function as intended. Many times while shopping online, I have to re-log in within just two minutes, as it persistently refreshes and signs me out. I’ve given up. Then I get this email today about the new mobile app. I didn’t have much faith it would be any more reliable than the current website… and I was right to be skeptical. It’s slow, the search bar often doesn’t work, and I keep encountering endless loading screens. Doesn’t even have a WishList feature. When I add things to cart, it says “added to cart” but there is nothing in my cart after adding like five different items. Haven’t gotten it to work for days. Common Priceline L.

The website is much better (when it actually wants to work after waiting forever for it to verify you’re human). This app loads quicker than the website but the inability to see product reviews (half the reason I use the website) makes it such a waste. Keeps asking me to sign in as a guest or log in, how about just letting me go straight to the home page with whatever method I used last time like every other app ?

tbh the website is quite horrible to use with all the glitching and lagging, the app is much better but still has minor issues with both. the biggest issue with both the website and app is that for click and collect neither one can locate the stores in my city, doesn’t matter if i search the city name or postcode it just says there’s no store near this area despite there being multiple so i can never see product availability
