Your results now aim at a sensible baseline that suits a business your size, instead of pushing everyone towards the highest level. • New quick step before your results: tell us whether you work on your own, and whether anyone — a client, your insurer, or a government department — requires you to meet a security standard. We use that to set the right goal for you, and nothing more than you need. • Clearer results: higher levels are now shown as optional "go further" steps if you want them, not as a pass or fail. • Plainer wording throughout, and updated guidance now that Windows 10 has reached end of life.

Available from the results screen and the home screen. - Pick up where you left off: the app now remembers your answers on this device so you don't have to start over. You can turn this off or clear your saved answers any time under Privacy. - Updated scoring: the assessment now follows the ACSC Essential Eight Maturity Model (November 2023), including stronger multi-factor authentication checks. Results are more accurate, so your maturity level may differ from before. - Privacy: updated the privacy policy to disclose crash and error monitoring (diagnostics only — your assessment answers never leave your device).
