DO NOT DOWNLOAD if you want your money & settlement to occur in a timely manner!We downloaded the app to use whilst our ANZ merchant terminal was out of order that day (thanks, ANZ). What a massive mistake on our part- two weeks later our shop takings for that day have not been credited into our account, the funds are “missing”. My wife has spent hours constantly on hold to the help line- no one EVER answers her calls. So unacceptable & unprofessional, thanks for nothing ANZ WORLDLINE, we wish that we’d never downloaded & used it. Where’s our money ANZ?

This app was the hardest to get up and running of any app I’ve ever used and that’s a lot!The support dept kept saying “well it should be working” and when they couldn’t find an answer, they just stopped picking up my calls. Two weeks after I set up the app and opened an account, they finally got it working. Now it’s just stopped again with the helpful message “an error occurred - please try again” oh I have - lots of times. Wish me luck!

Unfortunately this platform is useless to me. It didn’t incorporate my business name but only my first and surname. I can’t be issuing receipts to customers with my personal information and no business name. And then where is the contact details in the app or in the merchant centre for support? There’s nothing. Very disappointing and not the slightest bit competitive with Square or Tyro. This has been a massive waste of my time.

This app is a joke and I am surprised that worldline is still selling this service. The never worked for me for more that 3 weeks in a row. There is always a issue. “Something went wrong” is a common error message. Support is horrible. No idea about the actual product or how it works. Never again with any worldline product.
