Keoride 4+

I have been using Keoride for about a year now and now I don’t know how I’d be able to function without it. It is so easy to go anywhere in the northern beaches because of Keoride. It is so easy to book a ride and the drivers are always so nice. I tell all my friends about keoride and they all love it as much as i do.

I think Keoride is a great service and the prices are fantastic. The cars are kept clean and the drivers are always nice. I have nothing bad to say it except one thing, if you are planning on getting a bus to the beach, a day out or meet up with friends or family, it’s perfect, but if you are on your way to work, school or an important event we’re you have a specific bus to catch at a specific time, you often get let down because of the other stops Keoride makes such as driving completely off track or the opposite way from the bus stop and it really frustrates me when I am put in this situation.

The idea of the Keoride service is fabulous. Easy way to travel around Mt Barker, for a cheap price and limited walking. The staff are lovely, and the vehicles are comfy.

However, the service barely works. I try to book on the app throughout the day and cannot manage to because ‘all the seats are full’. Many people I know have also experienced this issue. I have tried calling the customer service, again told to ‘keep trying’, even though I have been consistently. It is a very unreliable service.
