Newcastle Transport On Demand guarantees you a convenient and more personalised travel experience in and around your local community. With the app you will be able to select your pick up location, tell us where you want to go, and track your bus so you know when to head to the pick up location. On Demand matches customers with others going in the same direction via a customised and flexible route. Sophisticated technology coordinates your trip, picking you up from near your home, or a convenient location nearby, and taking you to where you want to go within the “on demand” area.

You can book rides on-demand or pre-schedule them up to three months in advance.
Minimal wait-times
On average, a bus will come in minutes, and you'll always get an estimate of your pickup ETA before booking. You can also track your bus in real-time in the app.

I love the on demand service I use it several times a week most of the drivers are so friendly and helpful especially Kieren and Kimberly
I would love it more if it could take me to Cardiff station , to have a bus that linked East Lake Macquarie to Cardiff station would be so good as there is very little parking at the station an On demand bus to Cardiff would be excellent
I got to travel on sus on demand
I got on my first on demand bus yesterday and today. I will be travelling to BELMONT and CHARLESTOWN whenever I can by on demand. I did get charged $3.20 each way instead of $1.60 per trip. Which will be rectified soon I hope.
