The website is much better. When you try to get more information about a travel option, the app is prone to crashing!Also, the travel distances and routes provided by your service aren’t entirely accurate and I’m guessing it’s down to the map provider you use. You should use Google Maps as a basis for the travel times and routes on offer as it provides different - and in my experience - more accurate information than the map service your app relies on.

I Use It To Plan Public Transport All The Time!

I use this app any time I need to get anywhere around the city using public transport! It’s extremely helpful and easy to use! HOWEVER - I have a feature request for the developers to bring back a feature which has been removed in recent versions. When planning bus routes, there used to be ‘dots’ along the selected route to show how many bus stops will be passed before the destination. Please bring this back; zooming all the way in to see the dots is really annoying. Also I have a bug report: when typing in the destination location, the ‘where are you going from?’ text is in the text box that should read ‘where are you going to?’ I did screenshot and report problem for that one. I love the app, please keep up your excellent work! 5 Stars!

Great app for planning getting around

I use TripGo to plan how I’m going to get around for the entire day. The agenda feature interacts with your calendar and calculates the best transport options based on your priorities. It has many other features too. Its feature set makes it one of the most powerful transport apps available. Indispensable!

I use Trip View, and it's good enough but I want something that will alert me about late trains. I gave this a try and it couldn't even suggest a sensible route. I wanted to go from Thirlmere to Leichhardt starting on the Southern Highlands line and it had me either cycling away from the city one stop to catch my train or driving away from the city three stops (and leaving home an hour earlier for no good reason). Then I tried to force it to go to the stop it should choose and the app crashed, twice. This is no use to me. Your mileage may vary.

- Redesigned Agenda: edits now appear instantly, with a live status while trips recalculate and a clearer "Next Up" that also shows a trip once it's under way
- Refreshed the "Up Next" home-screen widget with a clearer layout
- Fixed transport modes not updating after changing them in the transport selector from the routing results card
- Region-specific transport icons (e.g. German R/S trains) are now readable in dark mode
