Can’t seem to find anywhere on your website to lodge a written complaint and request for services to become avalaible

eSIMs, can you please add this as a function with your service, I’m very disappointed to find out that I won’t be able to use my wearable to its full capacity. While yes I should have found out before I switched over if that was a feature that the company supported but I didn’t. I know it’s supported on the vodaphone net work, just not through your company.

I’ve got a year sim with significant data pool, however if there is no news of this becoming a feature I will be promptly switching back to my old provider when my data pool has been used up to be able to use my devices appropriately again

Love your products. Love your 4G speeds love the price the network and everything about Kogan. Customer service spot on. However this is a review on the mobile app. It's just the website turned in to an app. Would be nice if it had fixed tabs to click through. Would be nice to be able to see how much data I have left instead of just a percentage. Would be nice to see current period instead of current period plus some of last month's data. It's just horrible to navigate through. Would be nice with a widget. That's all :)

Kogan is one of the worst companies that you can go through . When you have a complaint?, and the staff can’t handle it Thy are so rude . Thy take your money but can’t provide you with a service. God help you if you have forgotten your PIN number . You become a criminal. Yet thy have taken a years money from your account . Even the manger hangs up in your ear . I am a sick man and I need my telephone to ring Doctors . . Kogan don’t care thy have the money , thy think thy are God .
