Modern and quick banking app

Absolutely loved the experience I had when opening and onboarding through this app, actually made signing up for a new banking service somewhat exciting!
Multiple really cool features, really sleek& clear and easy to use which is a step up from other awful banking apps I have used in the past. Especially love the in-app self service features and personalised analytics/spending.
Definitely recommend- 5 stars!

Great app and easy to use. Just one annoying thing.

App is great and easy to use. You can easily create accounts via the app, as well as add cards to Apple wallet (Apple pay) and activate your physical cards.

There’s just one thing that’s rather annoying.
After logging into the app and then you close it (not force closing it, just going to home or another app), after some time the app will log you out in the background. This is fine, this is expected and needed for a banking app. However the annoying thing is that, when this happens, the next time you open the app (you’re already logged out) you will get a prompt telling you you’ve been logged out. You have to dismiss this prompt before you can click login again. This is fine if you opened the app again right after you were logged out, but it’s really annoying if the last time I used the app was in the morning and I get this later that day (in the afternoon or even at night). You’d expect the app to have dismissed that message since it has elapsed for so long.

So what this means is that every time I need to login to the app I have to: open app > dismiss prompt > tap login.
The dismissing of the prompt is redundant. It might seem minor but if this happens every time I need to login, it gets annoying really fast.

Other than this, love the app hence why 4/5 stars.

Don’t be fooled….

Don’t be fooled by the pretty app and feature list. This bank and app are a jack of all trades master of none. Onboarding was a pain. Took months for them to fix a security check glitch for new customers when checking ID.
Once finally signed up have had the app crash numerous times and fail to complete a transfer. I now have $600 dollars stuck in ME bank that Everytime I try and transfer out it fails. And the notification that tells me the transaction has failed has a spelling mistake. No attention to detail and glitchy app. Support is all done via chat in app or spending hours in a line to talk to a person.
Better off with ING - app is more basic but less features = less that goes wrong
