With the MenuLog app, you can order whatever you love, wherever you are. With a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.

Need some bits from the supermarket? Just open the app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, flowers, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.

How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select whatever you fancy.

Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

Unhappy customer

Used to prefer menu log over Uber eats but after the last couple of orders I will definitely no longer use this company. It started with me wanting BBQ sauce on my pizza instead of tomato as I have an allergy to tomato paste. When I received ordered pizza they had tomato paste so I chatted to menu log about the above and was told I had to phone the restaurant and let them know when I was ordering in the said link. Ok so tonight there was a great deal so I put my order in and phone restaurant they said it would be fine. When pizzas arrived they had tomato paste. I contacted menu log about issue and that I followed direction they pretty much said nothing they can do about it and they weren’t going to help. I then contacted the restaurant and was told the request was not communicated. After much frustration and hunger pains I spoke to manager of restaurant assertively and arranged two new pizzas delivered and encouraged not to go through menu log in further. Gee says a lot for menu log where they restaurants are speaking negatively about their service.

Use another service

Uber eats used to mess up my orders and deliveries all the time so I stopped using them and started using menulog. (Bad idea) I preordered food at 2pm for a 5:30 delivery to feed my family of 5. 9pm rolls around and still nothing, at this point I had called menulog 3-4 times already and been hung up on once. I clicked the button that says call restaurant and they’ve got it set so it goes back to menulog which set me off even more because I felt they were just messing me around at this point. I called at 6:30pm they said it was on the way. It wasn’t. Menulog gave me a full refund and said the food was on the way but again it never arrived. I ended up going to google and calling the restaurant myself and had to go pick it up myself since everyone involved with menulog was so useless to me that night. The restaurant told me that they’d already handed the meals over and it was out for delivery but after telling them what’s been happening they agreed to make my food again for no charge at all. There needs to be better communication between customers, restaurants and menulog. Also I feel like the app could be a lot better for example if a restaurant or delivery driver is running behind to have a function in the app that says there will be a delay. Because my order took so long to ‘arrive’ it timed out and said it had been delivered automatically so the whole time I had no idea what was happening. Will definitely be using another service from now on.

Pathetic APP

I wish I could just give a 0 star but the lowest I can give is 1 star but sorry Menulog I don’t really think you even deserve a 1 star. So my bf ordered some food tonight after our long trip and 45 mins later it was marked ‘delivered’ but we never really got the food. We checked the front door, the garage the mail box even the neighbours but it was simply not here! My bf then contacted the customer service. But they were very useless and I don’t even think they are trained! Their first instinct is to offer a refund to us. This is the attitude that you will be to your customers? First sign of trouble just take the your money back and f* off and order from other app? That’s very smart! Hope you’re close to losing all your customers! I don’t mind waiting for a bit longer but I don’t think you should just ask your customers to take the money and F off while still being hungry. The customer service can’t even contact the driver for this purpose! What can you do then? Except for sending us away to Delivetroo or Uber Eats? Oh btw my bf then ordered from Deliveroo and it came in 20 mins no drama! Okie you got it. I will make sure that all my and my bfs families and friends hear this and never order from Menulog ever again! I also hope anyone is thinking downloading or using this app to not do so and just use Deliveroo or uber eats because there is a good chance that they will F off your order! Okie that’s me. Bye Menulog.
