Unresponsive and can’t even order

I have lost point two time in a row due to app not responsive.

I wasn’t able to order thorough the app and guess what had to do it via website as guest and lost points once again

Please fix the app as now you guys have started orders via app only.

Do you enjoy frequent crashes, unresponsive UI, inability to do the one thing it needs to?

If you do this app is for you. Post-login, a bouncing logo greets you forever, until you tab on one of the bottom nav buttons. Tap order, and you are asked to log in again, even though you are logged into the app, but the exact same credentials you use to log into the app fail with “No customer with this email exists”. Tap the ‘more’ button and the UI crashes. Just rubbish. Perhaps hire some professionals and do proper app testing, not some bearded hipsters in a converted warehouse who pretend to write apps but instead just wrap websites.

App’s gone down hill

Prior to the sporting globe having a new system put in my points and app would work no problem but ever since they have changed it doesn’t work for me anymore never updates or add/takes points off. I’ve been i. Contact via the Facebook so many times to have it sorted but they stay the problems have been fixed yet I keep having the same issues over and over and over again.
We love going here but since there system has changed the app is annoying because of the issue we incur!
