Your smartphone becomes the digital link to your Mercedes. You have an overview of all information and control your vehicle via the app.

MERCEDES ME ASIA PACIFIC: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE

ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey, for example. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding unlocked doors, for example.

CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes me App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program this for your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and temper the vehicle immediately or for a defined departure time.

CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the app. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.

SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes me App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you. In addition, you can configure Speedfencing and Valet Protect in the app, and receive push notifications in the event of their violations.

FUEL-SAVING DRIVING: The Mercedes me App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.

SIMPLY ELECTRIC: The Mercedes me App lets you display your vehicle's range on a map.

Let the app help you. The Mercedes me Service App gives you a timely reminder of your next service appointment, which is easy to book from your smartphone. Also in the app: practical How-To videos in which you can find out more about your Mercedes-Benz and perform simple maintenance tasks yourself if you choose.

Expand your mobile options with the Mercedes me Store App. Easily find and buy innovative digital products available for your Mercedes. Keep track of the remaining terms of your Mercedes me connect services and on-demand features, and renew these as desired directly from your smartphone.

Please note: Mercedes me connect services and on-demand features only work with Mercedes-Benz vehicles that are equipped with the Mercedes me connect Communication Module. One problem

I really like my car, but there is one problem that overshadows my satisfaction with it. The front panel has cracks in the coating. At what it is clear that these cracks are from overheating in the sun or an error in the coating of the wooden panel. I'm negotiating with the dealer where I bought it. He is trying to convince me that these are natural cracks from a wooden coating. I know what pattern should be from the coating, these cracks are clearly not factory, but most likely obtained by overheating the interior. I don’t want to change the car, I want exactly it, but so that the Mercedes company eliminates this trouble, since the car is still under the Mercedes warranty for 4.5 years. Could be good but isn’t

This app really has the potential to be very useful to many Mercedes owners. Its user friendly and has great functionality (when it works). Only problem is that it consistently doesn’t work. For the first few months of use it worked amazingly, then it just decided to one day not sync. Currently my car has all these warnings showing up, like my bonet, windows and boot being open, low car battery and more. All of which are not true. I can’t use the app to unlock or lock my car because it just won’t sync up. Needless to say the usual advice or restarting the app, updating my phone and disconnecting the car and reconnecting it to the app and all the bull advice that the help centre have given does not work. Recently got my car serviced as well by a Mercedes dealership, and they advised (after all their checks) that there was nothing they could do and it was an app problem. Problems like this really take the luxury out of Mercedes. Very disappointing to spend all that money and can’t even get an app to work.

Needs to be updated

Update:
App developer fixed the issue 👍 not sure they were already working on it or my feedback helped but I’m sure other iPhone users are relieved as well.

iPhone users have been globally affected by the recent change in Google maps link which is now unrecognized by Mercedes Me, so users can’t send the destination to Mercedes from Google maps. Support from MMe app is dismal, sending nonsensical templates over and over again and don’t address the issue. There’s a thread on Google about this issue, if developer wants to improve the user experience.
