Is a 2 year old the Dev for this app?!

Honestly, the fact that there have been multiple similar complaints regarding this app as its lack of functionality, with no change to their product is appalling. During a time when you are creating these apps in order to help alleviate the medical system from unnecessary appointments and giving the patient access to vital information, the app should be able to pull up more than a blank screen. It would take one full stack developer, (and I would hope they also engage UX/UI), no more than a couple of weeks to figure this out. Directing patients to an app that can’t even display a home screen, especially when it comes to someone’s health is appalling. Whichever C Suite exec approved this horrid piece of garbage to be a portal for their patients should be ashamed, so should the company behind this abomination who cannot get the basics of app development correct and therefore should not have a funded project. This app is a disgrace and the executives that run it, as well as those endorsing it should be ashamed. You’ve driven more people into already congested GP clinics, most of which now require a few and therefore driven those without resources to their local ED, which is most likely struggling more than this app is while trying to open the home page.

Absolute joke

I can’t even open the app… I get a blank white screen. I need to get my pathology slip and my prescription. Now I have to pay a ridiculous gap to see my doctor to get new ones. And I will be telling the med clinic to ditch this app.
I feel for the people who have serious and complex medical conditions that rely on apps like this to keep their health organised. The developers don’t give a $h!7.
The problem with this app is that the paying clients are the medical practices not the actual patients or end users so the developers don’t care that the app doesn’t work. The company still get their money. Has anyone noticed the patronisingly generic responses to all these damning reviews? That’s how much the developers care about the end user experience. “If you have feedback email us…’ Umm… read your reviews, it’s full of feedback!! Try using your own app, then you’ll experience how rubbish it is for yourself.

Poor design, UX and contains no information

Each update this app gets worse. Just made to update as it wouldn’t show results I need. Now, NONE of my results, medications, certificates or even upcoming appointments are showing. There’s no data available at all.

The app was working much better a year ago but the past 6 to 10 months there’s been problem after problem. You can’t make bookings, although app and advertising says you can and this most recent update has deleted all my medical information that is very important. Now I’m going to need to get doctor to print everything and I’ll scan so I have a digital copy. Time to delete as it only causing additional frustrations about my medical situation that I need!
