Description
UROC is the NSW Health app for unrostered overtime and callback claims. It enables NSW Health Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) to create and submit claims for unrostered overtime and call back hours worked and monitor the status of these claims.
The UROC mobile app is integrated with the Stafflink UROC application database and data between the two applications is synchronised . The UROC mobile app and the web based StaffLink UROC application can be used interchangeably.

- Returned for amendment claims now automaitcally finalise after 3 months of inactivity
Ratings and Reviews
Does not work
Says do not have access when I clearly do as I can go via StaffLink normally. Also very annoying that it asks for two factor authentication each time as going via StaffLink normally does not always ask for verification.
Easy to use
Works well and made it easy to lodge claims
Worst app
Swear they make it difficult to use on purpose. Every time I log on it either 1) won’t log on or 2) does not let me submit a claim. Useless
