Description

UROC is the NSW Health app for unrostered overtime and callback claims. It enables NSW Health Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) to create and submit claims for unrostered overtime, missed meals, and callback hours worked, and to monitor the status of these claims.

The UROC mobile app is integrated with the StaffLink UROC application database, ensuring that data between the two applications is synchronized. The UROC mobile app and the web-based StaffLink UROC application can be used interchangeably.

Features:
• StaffLink authentication and secure access with a 4-digit PIN code.
• Dashboard view showing claims by status.
• Easy-to-use claim forms with drop-down lists of values and preference settings.
• Ability to add and submit new claims, search, view, edit, delete, or withdraw claims where applicable.
• Frequently Asked Questions.
• Set default settings for claims to streamline the process further.

Unstable app

Keeps crashing. Only works temporarily after download and doesn’t load again after closing. Frustrating. Another bureaucratic blunder in denying and avoid payment to the hard working doctors and nurses of NSW Health, which they had legally worked hard for. I’m sure the money well spent making this app could have been better spent elsewhere

Terrible update

Really difficult to use, can’t save default info (eg employer, hospital etc that rarely changes) really obstructive to entering overtime and crashes constantly!!! Clearly didn’t consult any JMOs on this and saved money on paying the developers and making it harder to claim our overtime.

Keeps crashing

For every single overtime submission I have to delete and re-install the app for it to work. Otherwise the app crashes all the time.
Is this just another way to make claiming overtime more difficult?
