Revolutionary. Game changer!

This app instantly improves the parking payment experience 100x fold. No more waiting at the slow and frustrating ticket machines.

Best thing is you can track your parked time and pay at the end rather than start. Supports Apple Pay which makes the experience seamless.

Well done NSW Govt.

Unhappy at the Rocks ,

Registered and received a fine

So I pull up to Argyle St at The Rocks and park under the overhead bridge where I normally park near the Argyle steps. I see the meter with ParknPay advertised on it right beside my car and decide to register and pay for my spot with was successful. I notice the cars on each side of my car had their tickets on their dashboard but I thought maybe this new system covers that.
I come back 3hrs later to find a penalty notice of $191 which was issued 45mins after I left my car and on it it read that I was in a taxi stand in a different street?? How this happened I have no idea. I hope with my receipts etc they overturn this. Iv never received a parking fine in my life and don’t want this to be the first

Developer Response ,

Hello, Sorry to hear about your experience. Currently, Argyle meter is not under Rocks and it belongs to City of Sydney. If something still doesn't look right, please do let us know

Corruption at its best. All data shared with Duncan Solution!!!

Paying a private company (Duncan Solutions) over $5 million to develop this app without a proper tender then competing directly against private companies using taxpayer money and then going on copying features and even plagiarising their name from other apps? Where would it end?
The (no) Privacy policy isn’t a joke! You share all data with third parties as you see fit? For a government entity that’s outrageous!

Victor Dominello thinks the government is his own development company and instead of doing what’s best for residents of NSW is destroying innovation and hurting local businesses that support families!!
