I've tried adding the card to apple wallet multiple times but keeps prompting that card can't be added at this time. Very inconveniencing when I'm trying to pay for things in store as I have to remove my card all the time. Please fix this issue

Pretty good with one major flaw

Overall i’m pretty happy with the app’s functionality these days including using cards, submitting claims and contact details when needed. The biggest flaw though is that the ‘spendable balance’ function for novated leases doesn’t work despite raising this a couple of times. It grossly underestimates how much you have to spend which is causes some uncertainty when trying make larger purchases like tyres, insurance, maintenance, rego etc. 4 stars feels slightly generous for such an important flaw but at least you can work it out manually from the breakdown of caps.

It’s a very easy app to use. The only issue is that you can’t add additional details / content (ie invoice number) that would help to keep details of what I have already done and prevent duplication.

At the time of the acquisition of the company (beCarWise) I set up a notated lease with I had over $3k surplus on the account. First interaction with Paywise I was advised there is a $3k deficit on the account and I am unable to pay the registration that is due. One job - what a poor transition process and customer experience. The guy in your call centre advised he can only go in what’s on the screen- why is this now my problem? Now I need to look at steps on refinancing/ changing providers which is not what i signed up for a notated lease for.
