Pizza Hut AU 4+

The service product and delivery time is always good I would imagine I have orderd from the boonaroo park Pizza Hut over a hundred times and the have not skipped a beat smashes dominos out the water with price and product

Why is it impossible to get to delivery tracking from within the app? We have to find the confirmation email and access a link there — so if the confirmation email doesn’t come through (it’s unreliable) there’s no way to easily track your order.

Further, it’s SO BUGGY. My orders have always stuck out at “preparing for delivery”. I have to manually text the local store in the hopes of getting a text back when they eventually deliver. The only reason I have their numbers is because this happens SO OFTEN.

Why is everything related to delivery tracking so obfuscated? Feels deliberately, frankly. Also I lodged a missing order complaint and customer service hasn’t responded for 3 weeks so that’s not an avenue either lol. Very dodgy.

The updated app is ooooo kaaaaaaay ??? If that’s your “it’s ok … maybe” reaction, it’s not really that great, right?! The key problem felt like the responsiveness of the app. It’s only small but a seconds delay is too much 😂 I guess we’re spoiled though?

Something about putting in your address and selecting your delivery method when first opening the app, made me check the account tab to ensure I was indeed logged in to my account. I didn’t like that after each selection the menu returns to the top. I think having the option to return to the top should be there, but you should be able continue to browse the menu from the same position when starting the next selection.

The inclusion of the selection item now being visible at the top of the menu is an excellent improvement. It’s very useful to see at a glance what you’ve ordered so far. The clarity of images all round is very good.

If there were other improvements, it was obvious.

Overall it felt a little clunky.
