Prime Medic provides expert medical advice and assistance for patients across Australia. In an increasingly digital world, it makes sense that patients should be able to harness the power and accessibility of the internet to secure the best healthcare possible. This is the ethos behind Prime Medic.
To achieve this, we have brought together a team of experts and industry leaders from two very different fields. On the one hand, we want to give our patients the very best healthcare and treatment possible, so we have put together a team of medical professionals with extensive experience of delivering this in Australia.
On the other hand, clarity and accessibility are both at the heart of what we do. To achieve this, we formed an expert IT team, constructing a platform by which anyone can access the healthcare they need, from anywhere in the country. Our IT professionals have gained experience from a wide range of industries, and they bring this experience to bear as they create unique solutions for healthcare.

Great service
With the decrease in availability For my local gp and the increase in costs. Prime medic is a really easy to nagivate affordable solution for when I can get into my normal dr. The doctors are always profession and there is a huge selection of different things they offer. I really recommend them when you are in a pinch!
Prime medic easy and convenient
The app is relatively easy to use with most of the times you get an appointment with a doctor for the day. What i love is that they are able send a prescription to your nearest pharmacy. Using prime medic takes the hassel out waiting in doctors clinics as long as your illness is not serious.
Rude and worst doctor
My friend called for the medical certificate because she got sick due to booster shot. And i know she got sick for 5 days after the shot. She requested doctor to give the medical certificate but the doctor kept on saying that HE HAS NOT SEEN ANY PERSON GETTING SICK FOR MORE THAN 1-2 days and EVEN HE GOT SICK ONLY FOR 2 DAYS. Just because the doctor has not seen anybody get sick due to covid-19 vaccination does not mean that there are no other people getting sick because of it. This was the worst service. Giving it one star because there are no options less than that !
