Much Improved

I love the new upgrades this app has had. More user friendly, aesthetically pleasing with the change of home page photos at login. The sign out tab is now in a great spot without having to go back to the Dashboard to log out every time. Much more efficient. Thanks and Well done!

Pretty Good

The QCBank app is great in most ways. Two improvements I could suggest are: 1. The little window that says ‘You’ve been logged out’ when trying to access a quick balance is unnecessary and just delays the process of getting to the ‘quick’ balance, so it’s annoying to have to do that extra step. Would be great if that can be dispensed with. 2. I can’t seem to reorder the way my accounts show on the quick balance. I want to order them in the same way as my account balances are when logged in but can’t find a way to do it.

Great effort - But room for improvment

Have only just changed to QCB, so have only been using the app for a short time but can recommend some improvements already

- feature to be able to rename accounts by yourself when ever you want through the app.

- automatic login by face detection, instead of having to press login. Once opening the app it should automatically try to recognise.

- my details page doesn’t actually show any current details. So you can’t see if details are correct or not. Only feature is to be able to update.

- option to add more sub accounts for better budget management.

- option to be able to withdraw cash from atm using Visa card on phone via app/phone wallet.

Once these have been implemented then should easily be able to reach 5 star rating
