Not very user friendly

Like many others have stated not the best app. Direct message doesn't always show conversation thread unless teacher has responded and sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. You cant manage how you delete trash in messages nor can you move messages around if you have accidentally trashed them.
Notifications still appear even though you’ve read them and its not into you clear them and they are tucked away in the direct message tab that it shows no new messages. You need to look everywhere for information. Calendar is useless on iphone.
Required to use only based on school otherwise would not even consider.

The developers need to revise and make this a more functioning app with ease of use. Listen to feedback and improve this app please.

Hopeless and unreliable

This is the most unreliable app on my phone and should be a source of embarrassment to SEQTA.
Notifications come through that an assessment result has been posted and is available to view. However, more often than not a blank screen appears when trying to access the report. Many other parents experience the exact same issue and it’s so frustrating.
I wish our school would get rid of SEQTA so that I could switch to a service provider that was reliable and delivered what they said they would.

If I could leave a negative star rating, trust me I would.
Never before have I found such a God-awful app - ‘user unfriendly’ is the biggest understatement ever.
Convoluted methods to do anything, nothing where you’d want or expect and half of it is impossible to use on a phone/ tablet.
Messages don’t notify on the teacher’s end, meaning they are pointless as one has to go about it via standard email which will actually work.
Interface for teaching staff is also time-consuming and so half the stuff you want uploaded as a parent doesn’t get put on because the teachers have neither the time or patience to organise putting it up as well as teaching the kids.
Whoever decided this was a good platform for use needs their head read. I’d imagine many year 11/ 12 students could design better... and there are already many markedly superior apps out there.
If you were contemplating this, don’t. Just don’t. Waste of time.
