Description
The Official Suncoast Cabs iPhone App for our customers in the Sunshine Coast Queensland (including Noosa, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Nambour and everywhere in between and even a little beyond!)
Uses Suncoast Cabs existing and successful Web Booker database. If you are an existing Web Booker customer there is no need to re-register.
Books your taxi directly into our dispatch system & jumps the telephone queue when booking your cab.
You will also be able to see how far away your taxi is with our LIVE Tracking feature plus access to a number of automatic "on approach" notifications.
Book a taxi using the iHail function, which uses the iPhone built in GPS to determine your pickup point and if required you may further fine tune the map pin location determined by iHail by using the map presented location on the screen of your iPhone.
The Suncoast Cabs iPhone application delivers a streamlined booking alternative for all Sunshine Coast Taxi customer customers.

Parent Tracker & Taxi Tracker
With the new “Parent Tracker” feature, parents can register themselves in their children's account inside the app. This allows the parent to receive text message notifications any time their child books a taxi inside the app. The parent will be able to tap on a link in the text message to view the last known status and location of their child’s taxi.
You can also now use the "Taxi Track" feature to send friends or family members a text message which will allow them to see your taxi's last known location and status.
Ratings and Reviews
Outdated app, excellent service
App desperately needs updating as it is very outdated, not user friendly and confusing terminology is used. Should be clear differentiation between identifying when a job is booked vs accepted.
However, our service from once our cab arrived was fantastic. The rate lock fee was especially appreciated and the service was exceptional from our driver.
Disgusting punctuality!
I am an 18 year old girl and the punctuality of this and other driving services are disgusting. I work at McDonalds and waited 3 hours for a cab to pick me up and then got cancelled on, this happened whilst I was 16 and was forced to stay at work until 1 am so a coworker could drive me home. Currently I have been waiting for a cab for over an hour and have completely missed my mums surprise 50th dinner booking ! Absolutely disgusting

Felt like it definitely needed an updated review.
The SC Coast app was really easy to use and the booking was super unproblematic!
Scheduled a cab from Mooloolaba to MCY airport for 4:15AM and got a cab driver confirmation at 4:00 AM.
Super easy to navigate and great service too!
