PIN errors EVERY time I log in!!
I downloaded this app on the encouragement of Suncorp from the old app because of the “getting rid of the token” functionality and EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in with the PIN I receive an error message telling me “something went wrong” & the only way to get around this is to reset the PIN, which I do EVERY time to the SAME PIN. I’ve even changed phones in this time, same issue. My iOS is always updated along with app version. I like the app but the log in is frustrating and makes me concerned about security!
Suncorp App won’t accept Suncorp credit card
Basically wanted to buy a gift card as a gift. But wanted to purchase it with the credit card. Couldn’t do it.
Had to use eWallet to get the gift done. Not only was it embarrassing because I thought it was instant. So couldn’t give the gift till after (had other issues where the email disappeared for the recipient as well) as it takes roughly 24hrs for anything to process.
It looks simple and easy to use. But didn’t fully work for me. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for over a month to resolve this through the app and the varying support team and I keep being fobbed off. I have the latest IOS, have the latest app version.
Suncorp should contact the person if the person is complaining and is asking to be contacted.
I’m new to Suncorp and downloaded a Suncorp app onto my iPad and iPhone. After naming all my sub-accounts I attempted to rearrange them. Not possible using the app nor using the website, through safari - on my iPad. Finally figured out I had to rearrange my sub accounts on my computer.
I, just for fun, decided to remove one of the sub accounts. Not a good idea because you have to know the account number to reinstate it.
So I had to physically go in to Suncorp today to reinstate the sub account I removed, as well as be told that the app I was using will soon be obsolete and I needed to download the Suncorp App - which I did. I first installed the new Suncorp app onto my iPad.
Issue: I had to reset my new password!
Second issue: when I downloaded the app onto my iPhone and tried to enter the reset password, the app wouldn’t accept the new or my old password, and asked me to do another reset.
Yet Another issue : The teller I spoke with today, said that the cheque I deposited would show up in the primary account when I’ve refreshed the account. Not true. Has not shown up in my account.
