Welcome to the new and improved Suncorp App!

If you have a Suncorp Bank account, a Suncorp Insurance policy, or a policy with other brands in the Suncorp Network like AAMI, GIO, Apia, Shannons, or CIL, the Suncorp App is still the place to get your money, home, car and life sorted.

If you’ve already been using and loving the app, it still has the features you’ve gotten used to, plus a few new ones (and a new, streamlined design!). If you’ve used it before but it wasn’t for you, give it another go! We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. And if you’ve never used the Suncorp App before—there’s never been a better time to try it.

Manage Your Banking

If you’re a Suncorp Bank customer, you can do all your everyday banking easily from the Suncorp App.
• View your account balances
• Transfer money (almost) instantly to participating banks with Osko fast payments and • PayID support.
• Pay bills with BPAY
• Set up and use Apple Pay
• Block lost debit cards
• Categorise and track your spending with Dollar Tracker
• Change or reset your card PIN
• View, download and share eStatements
• Open new bank accounts, right there in the App, and
• View term deposit account details and transaction history.

Manage Your Insurance

If you have a policy with one of the insurance brands mentioned above, you can:
Update your info, such as your address and payment details
• Pay your renewal
• View policy documents
• Make and track claims

It’s fine, I don’t know what everyone else is complaining about.

This app is versatile, and easy to use. People seems to be complaining a lot on here in relation to issues that just don’t exist. If you don’t know how to use the app, call Suncorp or go into the bank and ask for some guidance. There are plenty of people working for this bank who are willing to help. I have to add, I read a previous comment about “offshore recruitment”. Just seems pretty rude and racist to me. Suncorp have ALOT of Australian people working for personal banking, and their offshore team are there as extra support. People should not be allowed to rate this app without knowing what they are talking about. I’ve never had a problem since downloading this app, it’s always been quick and easy to understand for me.

PATHETIC

Honestly this app is always down for scheduled maintenance! And the worst part is they say it ends at a specific time but lasts a lot longer which means the money in your account can not be transferred, moved and your balance can not be checked until they decide they want to fix the app.

So if there is a chance where you need to pay an urgent bill or medical expense and your life depends on it you’ll most likely die and you will find your money is safer in the hands of your local crackhead. I am officially changing banks! If you care about having access to your money when you need it, if you care about the safety of your money and if you want access to a responsive customer service team you will go with any other bank in Australia. If you are thinking your bank is awful and want to make a switch .. DO NOT GO WITH SUNCORP! Just because they own a stadium doesn’t mean they are a good bank, I mean if I ripped people off for money across Australia like these people do I could buy a stadium too! Don’t be a sheep. If you die they will probably spend your life insurance for you and send your family an apology and a sympathy card and as for their superannuation!! Don’t do it ! You’ll end up in a cardboard box after retirement if you put your money into their hands. Just don’t do it.

Banking customers - keep it simple Suncorp

This application is supposed to be the replacement of the retiring Suncorp Banking App. The problem is the replacement is less functional, harder to navigate, overcrowded with other less relevant information for banking customers. The user interface is unnecessarily busy and it is difficult to locate transactions. Most customers who use the app solely for banking purposes are very disappointed given the plethora of negative reviews.

I would urge developers to consider keeping the existing Suncorp Bank App for those customers who use it solely for banking purposes and not for insurance accounts etc as suggestedd by most of the review here. Whilst this new Suncorp App provides access to Osko payments, this incentive is not worth having to deal with creating another email/password/account/pin and having to navigate the busy interface of this new app.

If the development team is to reply to this review, let me be clear, I do not require to contact customer support for assistance in using the new app, I’m capable. Suffice to say the user experience is far superior with other banking institutions’ apps, hopefully the development team at Suncorp can address the concerns the users have...
