If you have a Suncorp Bank account, a Suncorp Insurance policy, or a policy with other brands in the Suncorp Network like AAMI, GIO, Apia, Shannons, or CIL, the Suncorp App is still the place to get your money, home, car and life sorted.

If you’ve already been using and loving the app, it still has the features you’ve gotten used to, plus a few new ones (and a new, streamlined design!). If you’ve used it before but it wasn’t for you, give it another go! We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Manage Your Banking

If you’re a Suncorp Bank customer, you can now do all your everyday banking easily from the Suncorp App.
• View your account balances
• Transfer money (almost) instantly to participating banks with Osko fast payments and Pay ID support.
• Set up and use Apple Pay
• Pay bills with BPAY
• Block lost cards
• Categorise and track your spending with Dollar Tracker
• Change or reset your card PIN
• View, download and share eStatements
• Open new bank accounts, right there in the app, and
• View term deposit account details and transaction history.

Scout is your guide to the Suncorp App, and is available 24/7 to answer questions about your bank accounts and insurance policies. She’s quick to learn and only wants to make your financial life easier.
Get Property Insights
The Suncorp Property Explorer, easily accessible via the app, offers market info on properties you own or rent (or are thinking of owning or renting!). This includes info on local features like transport and schools, as well as insurance risk profiles for the suburb you’re considering.

Suncorp MyStyle Life Insurance, health and small business commercial loan bank account customers are excluded from rewards, unless they hold another eligible product. This update includes:

• Enabling claim banners on the insurance home screen making it easier to view and track claims
• Improving navigation from insurance notifications

• The ability to receive Compulsory Third Party Insurance (CTP) documents

does basics well but not a major bank app yet

New design is much better. It realises it needs to be a bank app now and show you the information you want rather than a landing page that rarely shows anything useful.

Apple Pay and NPP certainly handy things still remaining (on this app and your assumed other bank app) to make it a serious contender against CBA and newer apps.

- I want to get my balance without logging in.. pretty hygiene for banks and up this app yet to do it yet your other app has had it for years
- better view of transactions - other apps show your subscriptions / direct debits easily to keep on top and audit streaming apps etc.
- I’ve used your dollar tracker feature and it seems to work.. 3 days later. If you want to do PFM.. it needs to be live and embedded into banking... not thrown to the side
- Safe to spend - as above, having the smarts to know my pay, deduct bills, rent etc and let me know / set my play money and allow me to see it on home screen. See uBank..

Focus on these types of things and then I’ll bring all my banking over. Basics first.. bells and whistles from marketing teams later.

It’s fine, I don’t know what everyone else is complaining about.

This app is versatile, and easy to use. People seems to be complaining a lot on here in relation to issues that just don’t exist. If you don’t know how to use the app, call Suncorp or go into the bank and ask for some guidance. There are plenty of people working for this bank who are willing to help. I have to add, I read a previous comment about “offshore recruitment”. Just seems pretty rude and racist to me. Suncorp have ALOT of Australian people working for personal banking, and their offshore team are there as extra support. People should not be allowed to rate this app without knowing what they are talking about. I’ve never had a problem since downloading this app, it’s always been quick and easy to understand for me.

Needs calendar for scheduling payments

Quite easy to use, but I preferred having the calendar view for when scheduling payments - the old Suncorp Bank app (which I received notification that it was no longer available) had this and it made it easier to see what day of the week the payment will be made on the calendar rather than the scrolling date function. (For example, I wouldn’t set a bpay payment to be made for a Saturday if I know it’s due on the Monday as I know they can take a few working days to be processed & my payment will be late)
