What’s gone wrong??

I’ve been using the App for a number of years and until recently, it’s been very good. I use it for ordering prescribed medications for which my local Chemist Warehouse holds the prescriptions and the infilled repeats are shown within the App. I also use it as a reminder to take my medications.
A few weeks ago the reminder advice appeared in the incorrect section of the home page, but the reminders were correct.
Two weeks ago I updated my phone to an Apple iPhone 15, and the medication reminder section of the App has not worked since that change. I’ve closed the App, deleted it and downloaded it from the App Store, but that hasn’t sorted things out.
I visited my local Chemist Warehouse outlet this morning to see if they could sort things out. After some unsuccessful attempts from their PC, it could not be fixed, so it was suggested that the account be cancelled and a new one established. They couldn’t cancel the account from their PC, so I deleted it from within the App. A new account was then set up and the App opened. The infilled prescriptions appear correct, but it is still not possible to set up reminders to take the medications.
What has gone wrong? What are you going to do to rectify the problem? Please sort this out.

Inaccurate and a waste of time

I downloaded this app for the purpose of seeing how many more days I have left of each medication as well as the refills I have left.
“___ days supply left” has not once been accurate. It’s always consistently wrong. Not very helpful when you have a medication that is strictly monitored and you can only refill 5 days before it runs out. When it tells you, you have 4 days supply left when in reality you have 7 days. Honestly the biggest waste of time. The refills part is at least kind of helpful.
And after reading all the online reviews I won’t be trying to order any of my scripts online like I was planning to. This app is just unreliable and inaccurate, which is extremely bad considering it’s helping you deal with medications.

The number of days supply left can be adjusted by selecting your medication and editing the "Refill By" date on the Script Information page. Alternatively, these dates can also be managed by the pharmacists at the store. For any further questions, please feel free to speak with our pharmacists; we apologise for the inconvenience.

Very handy App

I have been using the App for several months now and am finally getting the hang of it. I use the App for two people, using both printed scripts and electronic scripts. I found that printed scripts that haven’t been issued before but have been lodged with CW seem to disappear. Finally found them in the History tab and they can be ordered from there.
There is a very limited number of supplements (non-prescribed items) available on the App and the ability to create personalised supplements so that they can be added to the Dose Reminders would be invaluable.
When using the App for two people all non- prescribed items list under the first user. The ability to split these up to display under the actual user would also be helpful.
Also, the Tutorial badly needs updating.
The App has been of great assistance in keeping track of my scripts and reminders.
