The Lott 17+

Quite a buggy app and not very user friendly. Has locked me out for no valid reason a couple of times now, had to ring them to fix it, on hold 15mins+ person on phone couldn’t give an explanation just fixed it... suggestion for improvement beyond that, maybe put the log out button in a more obvious place, and get the app to automatically log a user out if not in use for like longer than 10 mins or whatever. It keeps you logged in, 2 days later you go back in let’s you pick a ticket in then crashes cause you haven’t been logged in for 2 days... I could go on for a week... get some testers already... also display details of the divisions somewhere ie how many numbers for a division... why do I have to search the pc website to find that out? That would be more useful than your find an outlet feature... I don’t need an outlet I have the app...etc

I use the Lott as my one vice! I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t drive a car, I don’t play the pokies, I don’t follow the horses and I don’t bet on the football games or any other sport games. So I buy my X Lotto tickets every few Saturdays, then have an enjoyable Sunday morning checking my ticket. If I have won (no matter what amount) I thank my lucky stars, if it’s a small amount I leave it in to go towards the next time I play, if it’s a nice surprise amount I withdraw it and it will be used for some other purpose. Occasionally it will be a super surprise and that’s withdrawn and banked.
So a bit of fun with an occasional surprise paid for with MY money, I am not going without any thing, I am not robbing a bank, I am not robbing Peter to pay Paul, I am not taking food out of my children’s mouths mainly because I don’t have any children, speaking of food I don’t indulge in junk food. I still make my donation to whatever charity that knocks on my door.
And as I said it’s MY MONEY !!!
I am in full agreement of thinking before buying and only buying once you’ve paid any bills AND you’ve put food in your family’s belly.
So you don’t drink and drive and if you can’t afford a little bet walk away.
Very simple rules to live by!!!

I’d like to suggest the following improvements:

1. Ability to scan entry coupons (or whatever you call the paper tickety things where you manually mark an entry with X-es) with phone/iPad camera to input entries. My parents are old school and prefer to create written entries and I spend AGES entering them.

2. If one has a weekly limit set and you buy several tickets and exceed your limit- the app decides which tickets to keep and which to dump. It doesn’t give you a choice. Very frustrating.

3. You can save favourite numbers, which is useful. However, if you accidentally save two sets that have the same numbers, the app doesn’t tell you there is a duplicate. I mistakenly entered Powerball with the same numbers twice. D’oh! Please Identify sets of fave’s that are duplicates.

4. Regarding quick picks, I would like ways to adjust how these numbers are chosen. Eg- favour most commonly drawn / least commonly drawn numbers. And, favour numbers from the last 10 draws. Personal favourites (ie birthdays / lucky numbers) could be set to appear more often. Quick picks are a bit of a ‘black box’ at present, I’m sure many users would relish the opportunity to tweak how they’re chosen.

5. I would like to be able to get credit to my account by scanning tickets, the TAB App allows this.

6. Make a dark mode.

I really like the fact one can enter syndicates through the app now. Cool feature.
