App needs to be more ‘friendly’ to the user. Currently app is not very usable despite that we are required to have that app to enter parks. I tried to add my tickets couple of times and got “tickets were added successfully” message, however I’m not able to see tickets in the app. Bug or feature? If for some reason you don’t want to show tickets would be nice to have a message “these tickets have been already added” or if there’s something wrong with tickets would be nice to see that ‘bad’ message too.

Inaccurate wait times, spotty location tracking

I got to the park quite early and saw the wait time for Wild West falls was only 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have gone on it otherwise, but I thought short wait that’s alright I’ll do it. I am still in line an hour later. I checked the app as I was going into the line and it said 10 minutes, updated 4 minutes ago. Suffice to say it was ridiculously inaccurate. I’ve been in the line too long and I reckon I still have 20 minutes or more to wait and I’m not going to have wasted my time and money to wait in a line for so long for a ride that I didn’t even go on. I’m so upset with this app. It’s ruined my day within the first hour of being here. I’m content with waiting an hour or more for a thrill ride, but for the log ride I went on when I was 7, absolutely not. Thank you for this amazingly accurate app that wont even let me see wait times for other rides because it doesn’t think I’m in the park despite being in one building for over an hour.

I found this a poor app. Navigation is frustrating and not straightforward. Visuals are fine but font choice is and colour choice wrong. Looks amateurish. I have annual pass and have one for grandson. Confusing to work out process. Home page should have drop down or similar menu.After frustrating attempts to follow complex instructions I have exited App and have asked staff to help at ticket office. They have not been trained and haven’t got a clue. Professional development of staff or a help line at theme park would help. On top of this virtually every nickname comes up as taken including exotic variations. It almost as though key words are leading to censorship of negative reviews. I have tried at least 30 variations. I am certain the review is being blocked as I have given a 1 and only will go through if I give a false rating of 3 or above.

Have had so much drama trying to buying 5 tickets for a dinner/show at Outback Spectacular! Would be a lot easier if the design starts with date/time first then if tickets are available to go through meal choices. Instead this works the other way around. Go through the whole process of ordering meals for the group only to get to the end and find unable to proceed due to tickets sold out or errors. Rang help desk and they advised this happened as tickets are sold out. Tried multiple days and shows (including Paradise Country for Koala Breakfast experience) and still same issue. Gave up in the end. Bought family experience tickets elsewhere. Need to work on a more user friendly approach for this app for ticket ordering!
