At some point this i dont recommend 2 out 5 transactions successful and the rest you have to wait 24 hrs before you receive the money on your chosen transfers,It alwasy says from the costumer service that theres nothing wrong in their end and it the promblem on your mobile wallet or bank .Why dont they indicate which day is preferes you can do the transactions or what time of the day or night you can transact your transfers,24 hrs if response doesnt make any sense ,its too long to wait!

Interesting Concept with Potential

Smooth app and registration is clean and straightforward. Got some issues with the app currently using web view for many of the core functionalities as it does slow down the process of performing essential tasks (e.g. Checking a specific card’s transactions). Still missing a lot of key bank integrations. The heavy dependency on web-views also causes an error to keep being displayed every time I hit back. All in all.. liking the concept and waiting to see what the next update holds

Do not use for tickets!

Purchased some event tickets using Beyon card. Unfortunately, the events were cancelled so I requested a refund. As soon as the refund entered my account, the card got automatically suspended. This happened twice. It also takes about 48-72 hours for this to resolve only after you raise a support ticket with them. This timeframe does not include Bahraini weekends. If you are travelling internationally and your flight gets cancelled, which results in a refund (and obviously getting your card suspended), better make sure you have another means of getting by as you wont be able to use this card for 48-72 hours.

Disappointing Experience — Ongoing App Errors and No Resolution

I’ve been facing continuous errors on the Beyon Money app for quite some time. Every time I try to complete a transaction or add a recipient, the app gives an unexpected error message.I contacted customer care multiple times — both through phone and email — but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Each time, they come up with a different excuse or simply tell me to “try again after 24 hours,” yet the problem remains exactly the same. That’s probably why I had removed the app years ago — I couldn’t remember the exact reason back then, but now it makes sense. The same issues are still happening even after all this time. It’s frustrating because the app has great potential, but the technical issues and lack of proper support make it almost unusable. I really hope the team takes these complaints seriously and provides an actual solution instead of repeating the same responses.
