App works as intended but missing a key feature for iPad
Only complaint I’ve had after using it a few times now since the pandemic is that it does not have landscape support. Most iPad users have their devices in landscape and not portrait mode.
Help
Few times the anxiety level were so high that I couldn’t even think straight. After my wife dialed the number and someone answer the phone and talking just talking about anything about one hour later I couldn’t even remember how to spell anxiety. The knowledge of person that just talk about everything and trying to help me was beyond what I could understand. Thanks lumino for this live saving app. Thanks to all of doctors and nurses and all the people on the other side of line. Thank you. Farid
Logical steps and quick response
I used the service; very easy and logical to sign and use it, quick answer, I spoke with a nurse and a doctor in the same day, they had to refer me to a specialist and although it took longer they checked on me and status, which I really appreciated.
