Still a poor user experience
I like the shows but unfortunately the apps are far from perfect.
The three most frustrating things are:
1. You have to constantly sign in to your account. At least once a week it times out and I have to sign in through my TV provider. This doesn’t happen with an other app but this one. This is for both the Apple TV and iPad apps.
2. Picking up where you left off on a show or episode. I constantly have to navigate from the start menu every time.
3. Everything about their ad platform. If I fast forward through an episode, the ad placements get all screwy. It either restarts the episode or serves up ads they’ve already served. And the volume of some ads are SO loud - when they cue up, it sounds like they're going to blow my speakers.
