Got the problem fixed......

Struggled with a EULA loop that would not let me get into using the app(which I’ve been already using for a year!!).....a live chat with Branden and his CTO solved the problem (I finally suggested perhaps a dump and reload of my iPhone app would work.....it did!!)....patient and responsive help appreciated.....M

No notification sound

Sometimes the notification sound does not come through.

Ringer set to max.
iOS updated.
All notification settings set to on

Any suggestions??

Can you give us a call? It should be making notification sound. We have 24/7 support here- +1 (877)-379-3533.

It might be that your focus mode is on, or something else in terms of sound from other applications interrupted our notification sound.

Horrible Program

Continues to lose my settings and changes to available resulting in calls through the night. It like it’s some sort of punishment for crimes I didn’t commit!
