Not a good company to deal with
I transferred a substantial amount of investments to Qtrade to take advantage of a transfer bonus. Unfortunately they separate USD and CAD RSPs, so they only gave me a bonus based on the bigger of the two portions. It has only 40% of the bonus I expected. I initially didn’t understand what happened, so I sent them a letter asking for clarification and a correction. They never got back to me. Goodbye forever, Qtrade. I don’t wish you well.
Unfair 113$ charge because I didn’t like their platform

I requested options trading in my application, but it was not enabled
Always wait 15 min till they answer your call
After one week of opening the account, I found that the the trading platform not convenient and decided to transfer out the money
They withhold 113$ as fees for closing the account before one year
Customer Support
There customer support is garbage I was on the phone over 25min waiting to just have my account unlocked.
