Renpho Health is the best helper in your journey to becoming fitter. The app can track multiple body composition metrics (BMI, Body Fat %, Body Water, Bone Mass, Basal Metabolism Body Age, Muscle Mass, etc). The cloud-based App’s intelligent data analysis and tracking abilities makes it your perfect digital personal helper. It can even convert your data stored over time into charts and reports that can easily be shared by e-mail and multiple social media channels. On top of all that, your entire family can use the App! Renpho Health allows the user to create multiple personal profiles to keep your data separated.
When you use our smart body scales measuring body composition , weight, percentage of body fat , fat weight, height, body mass index (BMI), height and resting calorie consumption data will be synchronized to HealthKit in.
How to connect to Apple Health:
1. After install the Renpho Health App and log in successfully for the first time, a pop-up will prompt to ask whether to allow Renpho Health to access all your health data, please tap Allow in the upper right corner;
2. Open Apple Health, enter your profile, tap Apps> Renpho Health, tap Turn All Categories On;
3. After authorization, your Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, and Lean Body Mass will be synchronized to Apple Health.

Changes are not all good
EDIT: They FIXED THE COLORS EVERYONE. UPDATE YOUR APP
I updated the app…..sigh! Why do app developers have to mess with things? The OLD version had ALL your markers in COLORS! Sooooo easy. Such a good visual to know “this is good, that needs work” etc! The new version is SO HARD TO READ! I don’t want to have to “enter” each marker to know what’s good or bad. Also…..GIVE A “WEIGH NOW” AND “ USE LAST” OPTION FOR STARTING WEIGHT. I do like the change at the top for weight and body fat % in the large circles. Smh
Colour Scheme hard to read
The new colour scheme is really hard to read especially the light lime green. The developers need to be shown Apples app design resources to see suggested best practices.
One thing that could make the scaling perfect is showing metrics such as BMI, body fat, muscle mass on the scale. Right now the scale only shows the weight and for other metrics the phone needs to be connected each time which is a bit cumbersome. My old scale would cycle through all metrics once the measurements were taken which was super convenient.
Already frustrated
I’ve had this app for a few minutes and I mistakenly said I had a scale, not realizing that it needed to be a renpho scale. There are no options to delete things and I am extremely frustrated. I have tried to contact help I have gone through chatbot and apparently there is no way to remove a device that has been mistakingly added. If I hadn’t bought the food scale off Amazon and it was such a hassle to return it I would be returning it

Dear customer, if you want to delete the device in the app, please open the APP, tap the arrow on the right of "My device" at the top of the home page or the "Device" at the bottom, it will take you to the "Device Management" page, then Swipe the desired device to the left. It will show a trash can icon in red on the right. You will see the trash can icon. The APP will ask you to confirm if you want to delete this device.
Then Tap "Confirm", which will then be removed from the "Device Management" page. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@renpho.com. Best regards, Customer Service Team.
