This app is absolute garbage. This isn’t a major development project, this should be up and running smoothly so agents can access any information in a timely manner. Sick and tired constantly restarting the application. From brokerbay to Supra one what’s the difference? Same garbage new design? Seriously, just pay someone and have it developed the right way. Hope this review makes it to the top

Let me start by saying I would give it less than zero if I could. Unfortunately I’m forced to use it due to board wide adoption making it the mandatory access platform. We’ve used it before it went board wide and it was spectacular. As soon as it was adopted across the board and its user pool increased all of a sudden, it became clear that the back end could not keep up with its use. Lagging, freezing, crashing, excess battery consumption…. We used to call it Broker Bay but have since been calling it Broken Bay. Although I have low expectations, I’m hoping the change of branding to Supra One comes with actual improvements. If it does, I’ll update this review. Until then, using this app if very much a forced marriage. An unhappy one at that.

The app performance is extremely slow and it’s becoming exhausting. Please address and fix this issue immediately. If it cannot be fixed, then this app should be reconsidered.
