Expensive and not a good driver

Driver didn’t even know where he was going he kept saying he was there when he literally wasn’t. I literally called him and he was yelling at me telling me that he’s there when he’s literally not then when he realized he says “I’m literally there I’m coming like now” like are you okay?They charge you a meter then add their own tip whole trip almost cost me 80$ max I ever paid on uber was 50$ this is awful the driver wasn’t helping my situation but at least I got to my flight on time and the reason I didn’t take uber or Lyft is because no driver was available so I used this app never again next time I’ll just miss my flight.

I’ve since stopped using this service since I have encountered too many unprofessional drivers. I have been hit on, propositioned, probed for personal information, and inappropriately touched. A few drivers also reek of cigarettes.You are better off using the bus or another taxi service.
