Please keep adding more features (e.g. opening multi currency accounts) so that I never have to go to the bank in person, cause that’s a good awful experience. Online payment and online customer service problems

Online customer service for English-speaking students is zero👎🏻 When I need to pay online, it requires ePIN or authentication from mobile app. I opened computer to find my ePIN but it doesn't show up or it requires to create ePIN at the bank (I didn't clearly understand because computer web page of George is in Czech language and untranslatable to English). After that I tried to authenticate from mobile George app but I couldn't find any method or notification to authenticate the payment. So I called support center from George mobile app but the bot in the speaker was also speaking in Czech language and it was untranslatable too, then it finished the call by itself (I don't know why because it said everything in Czech language). I couldn't make my payment and it was not the first time I couldn't. It causes the outstanding dept from some organizations that I need to pay money such as my dormitory.

Hello, George can be switched to English (both mobile and web versions). The ePIN is located under the card in the Card Settings section under Services. However, the ePIN is only displayed if the user is using the Password+SMS method. If you are using the George app, then you use this app for authorization. It's possible that you have push notifications turned off, and therefore the authorization request doesn't appear (they are available under Profile in the Login and Signing section). The voice system speaks Czech, but if you start speaking in English, it will switch to English. If you continue to experience these issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. Pavel N.
Deservers improvements

APP is OK, but it can be far from what you expect when using banking for everyday payments. Suggest taking a look at Airbank app where paying bills is actually very fast, easy, intuitive and actually pleasant experience. With George i lack improved features like QR payments, paying bills from email attachments - sending it straight to the app, app cannot scan the bill and read / fill in the billing info from the bill, most of these steps must be done manually. It makes George an OK app, but still rather average or even poor in features. For the time it takes, the number of steps you have to do to make a payment, when compares to Airbank app (sorry, hate to say that) i give only 2 stars out of 5. I still believe the bank is one of the best and wish it delivers the improvements to its app it deserves.

Credit card info improvements

The credit card statement should be visible in PDF mode without downloading/saving it locally.I would also improve the visuals in the mobile app, so that the Credit Card accounting month is visible clearly, currently this is only visible on the web version.Lastly, I would add repayment amount immediately without waiting for a few days to be accounted. If I currently have 5500 CZK spent but only 4500 CZK are settled, I can only repay 4500 CZK if I click Full Repayment.

We’ve improved how your investments are displayed. You can now see how your entire portfolio has developed over time, how much you’ve invested, its current value, and your unrealised profit or loss. We’ve also made the details of individual investments and their connection to your portfolio clearer. For pledged securities, you can now see when the pledge ends.
We’ve also improved appointment booking. You can now choose another advisor at your selected branch based on available appointment times.
