Redirected from website to app to complete an identity check. App couldn’t/wouldn’t scan the passport - tried the phone in every possible direction of passport and nothing worked. App offered to continue without scan using a selfie and photo of the passport, take the selfie and app says it can’t continue because you didn’t scan the passport. Tried selecting “I don’t have an e-passport” from start options instead to see if this was a workaround and same thing - lets you take a photo of your passport and self, then says it can’t do anything because you didn’t scan the passport. Rubbish service and experience.

I have a deadline of today to complete forms for a new job. Directed to this app to scan passport. Passport won’t scan so it gives you the option to upload a video. Uploaded video only to be told it was unsuccessful as I didn’t scan my passport!!!! Can’t proceed any further with the online forms as it won’t let you skip the passport stage. Seems like all other reviews saying the same thing yet nothing seems to be getting done to fix the issue

Had to complete a check today and the whole process from downloading the app to complete the form took me less than 5 minutes. Really clear on instructions and did not have a problem with using the app.
