APC outclass everyone to be the worst.
This app is a complete joke, which is understandable as APC are cowboys. They recently told a neighbor that they had delivered their parcel to my address. When I got the tracking number from my neighbour the photo clearly shows the items to be outside my neighbours door and states: delivered to Tuya, my neighbors name. I called APC to ask why they had done this and they confirmed the drivers lie and that the photo showing the item outside my neighbors door. I asked for a manager to call me to explain; I am still waiting three weeks later. I have been branded a thief by these cowboys. Avoid at all cost.
Still Useless April 21
Waiting on a parcel from a shop in town who have decided to use this courier service. Don’t bother downloading the app. I did read the other reviews but thought I’d give it a go. As soon as entered the tracking number and postcode the app crashed. Subsequently crashed every time I tried to reopen so it’s now deleted. The website just says it can’t provide live tracking at this time. Annoyed as I’m trying to give custom to local businesses and paid £4.99 for delivery, judging by other reviews I won’t hold my breath on getting my parcel today!
Great service but app not so good for my iphone
I have had nothing but good service from these guys. Honestly the people who complain about everything is just bad karma.
App however does close abruptly when i try to track my parcel. Not really a big thing though because of email updates and text messages but hey it is what it is
