New app for school AWFUL

Awful app, students can’t have a app just parents, so kids have to log on through desktop version. Not helpful when they need to quickly check their timetable in the mornings.
If something has been done on assignments unless it is submitted through the app there is no way to check off it has been done, we have to wait for the teacher to do it, so it sits in either overdue or in assignments to do even if we have done them. So it gets very confusing seeing what has been done and what new has been set. There are better apps out there for schools, show my homework, edulink. This is all just to busy with complications it doesn’t need to have and the simplest of things aren’t there,

God help any parents that have had their school change to this app 🤦🏻‍♀️ and if you are a school reading this please re consider.

Some functionality is frustrating

My child’s school uses this only for payments and booking appointments with teachers, and for the most part that all works fine. However one major frustration is with the payment screen. I have to enter my card details every time from scratch (please tie up with Apple Pay so I can just tap and use my Touch ID), and when I am populating the fields on my mobile phone the last two fields are completely obscured by the ‘pop-up’ keyboard, with no scrolling possible so I cannot actually see what I am typing in. This causes me to swear every single time because it is so tedious (and I inevitably make at least one error with my ‘fat’ fingers). The whole process takes three times longer than it should!

Truly horrible!

If your child’s school tells you they are going to use this app, look for another school, or start a parent boycott campaign! To book clubs, your must first guess how much your weekly club bookings will cost you, pay the app your guessed amount, then book the clubs. If you guessed wrong, then you go back, add more money, and the repeat the club bookings again! Why can’t they use a normal purchase model? Select the services you want, pay the total amount to confirm the bookings. Simple! Beside this bizarre sales model, the menu system is totally illogical with no natural flow, and you can’t see a nice summary of the bookings you have made. I have two children at a school using Arbor, and so far it has taken me 1 hour a week to make my weekly club bookings!
