Ratings and Reviews
Results delete after 2 weeks
After 14 times, the taken results will be deleted, which means that if you take the 15th scan, then the first scan will be deleted which is very inconvenient, and I don’t know why it is like this. The only reason we are using this is to keep track. So please have a feature where you can like keep track of all the scans
Unable to log in
Poor app, just downloaded it and I am unable to log in via the app, when I try to log in via safari on my phone it just directs me to the app again. Iv entered my details correctly and it still says email or password is incorrect when it isn’t.
What have you done?
Now a great deal harder to use and makes it minimal benefit - where can you change from stones to kilos? My weight had changed by 0.24 stones (useless) but the metric says it’s changed by 2.1 stones!!
