Helpful app which is a joy to use!

I am a big fan of Chloe and her techniques having bought both of her books and the online anxiety programme. I loved the programme but self discipline was difficult with life getting in the way and each time I started it I didn’t get passed week 3! I had thought twice about subscribing to this app but I’m really pleased I did. It is very interactive. You can do sessions whilst you are out and about without needing a notepad and pen. You can log all of your feelings on the app so that they are stored in one place. My one suggestion would be to expand the toolkit, i.e. larger variety of sleep stories, meditations and exercise but I think this is already in the pipeline. Thank you Chloe!

Understand and control your anxiety

As a sufferer of anxiety I was a little sceptical of an app providing much help but thought I’d give it a go - and I’m really glad I did. Rather than just reading a book it provides a range of tools to help you both understand your anxiety and then take steps to make changes. Having to actually answer difficult questions about your feelings is surprisingly therapeutic and makes you feel good and positive about taking control. As well as the course and tools I’m also enjoying the breathing and meditation practices, which is something I haven’t considered before to help with my anxiety, but it does really help. I’d definitely recommend the app.

No more scrolling!

I started using this app just over a week ago. I was spending hours scrolling Instagram, feeling unmotivated, unproductive, exhausted and apathetic. Feelings of not being good enough at work and my friends group, drinking too much coffee and generally unwell.
I started using the app out of curiosity as I really like Chloe’s podcast, Calmer You and follow her on Instagram.
The App really works!!
Only a couple of days in, and I can see tangible results. I feel energetic, motivated, hardly go on any social media, don’t scroll at all and generally feeling great. Best money spent, I’ve now paid for a years subscription, changed my daily routine and look forward to the day ahead.
