Atrocious customer service, very unprofessional!

I applied for a business account, was accepted but immediately realised the account wasn’t suitable because of the inability to pay in cheques so I cancelled the account. Some six months later I attempted to open an account again. This time my application was rejected with no reason being given despite my circumstances not having changed. On phoning customer services I was told quite abruptly that cashplus didn’t have to give me a reason for refusing my application and that I should wait a few weeks then apply again. I duly reapplied a month or so later and was rejected again! All very strange considering I have a personal account with them! After I posted a critical review on trustpilot their customer services contacted me asking me for personal information which I provided , the result? Silence! Not a word from them since! Very poor unprofessional service from a company who wants to be entrusted with customers finances!

I think the app is great I no the company are doing the best as the it’s a step step and it takes time as there can’t be any mistakes from a company of your stature and it take time for progress but I have noticed some small flaws nothing for worrying as I’m sure you’s are on the case to rectify the minor issues witch I believe your chief executives will release what Minor issues I’m am referring to as every company of your of your stature has and I’m sure they will be resolved before you’s receive this review as I said love the Cashplus app and the hard work of all the great employees you have ready to help costumers like myself keep up

The Future of Banking, Accounts so Secure Even You Can’t Access Them!

If you want a bank that allows you to actually access your money do not bank with Cashplus.

After two days of my account being open and transferring everything to it, I was locked out but not notified. I found out a couple of days later and was told it was for security reasons but told nothing specific. Not only was my card frozen but my whole account and the only way to unlock it was to post (e-mailing is not permitted) several proofs of identity. It’s been a week now and after calling I’ve been told they still haven’t received my proofs. Whilst on the phone I was also notified that it can be up to 14 days to check the paperwork once received and if Cashplus are unhappy with it they can request more information with the account still locked.

This is beyond unacceptable. If it weren’t for me having a side account with a small amount pocketed away, I would literally have no money available to me. It’s a shame because they seem like an alright bank, but even if you got a free bottle of champagne after joining you wouldn’t have money available to buy glasses. Thanks Cashplus!
