The Cashplus Mobile App allows you to manage your current account and foreign currency cards, as well those for your employees or additional cardholders.

Retrieve your Account Number and Sort Code details
Set up new payments and payees, manage existing payments and view your payment history View, export and print your full statements

Add additional cards, activate and block cards
Plus, you can view your account Ts & Cs, manage your account settings and submit a missing payment or transaction dispute form right within the app.
You don’t need to be registered for Cashplus Online Servicing to use the App. Simply download the App and then follow the simple instructions to register. But if you are already registered, your details will be the same for both the App and Online Servicing.

Great app, great card for saving also don’t mind the charge of £5.95 per month!
Can only spend you have in so can’t go over!
Only problem I have is how long it takes to transfer money which isn’t immediately!
If you try transfer money on bank holidays it won’t go in till the next day or if you transfer on a Friday you won’t receive till the Monday!
It takes hours to transfer to your other accounts or to someone else, that can be a major problem for me and some others especially if that’s the only card they have!
Would give it 5 stars if the transfers were immediately like any other banks!
Also can’t get credit or an idraft or iadvance ( what they call for overdrafts) even when you have been with them nearly a year and never missed any payments and always having money in the account, that should be considered to those who have always paid on time and that the company can see!
Hopefully that will come soon but other than the transferring money problems, overall a good company!
Gave 4 star due to the transferring and not allowing idrafts or iadvances to those who have proved to be trustworthy or it would be a most definite 5 star!
Pay the fee, then refusal of feature you apply for??
Wanted this account mainly for the creditbuilder feature. Paid my start up fee. Checked the box on the application, which was ACCEPTED. Card arrived, activated online only to discover it says I am not yet eligible for CreditBuilder.
It advertises itself as a feature ideal for those with scores they wish to improve and for people who have no banking history, like those moving to the UK. I am confused as to why I am not eligible as my score is improving all the time and it’s for such a small amount. I’ve even loaded money onto the card in good will. The app is a bit all over the place compared to similar accounts I use like Monzo and Starling, of which Starling is my overwhelming favourite in every way. Cashplus Interface appears much the same but clunky navigation and one of those ones where you THINK you have done all the steps they ask for, yet it takes you back to a login page where you have to repeat steps again. Not exactly encouraging to leave your money here. Tried calling them about adding Creditbuilder but automated message saying they are experiencing extremely high call volume due to an “almost resolved” technical issue. I think I may have made a mistake opening this...

I think the app is great I no the company are doing the best as the it’s a step step and it takes time as there can’t be any mistakes from a company of your stature and it take time for progress but I have noticed some small flaws nothing for worrying as I’m sure you’s are on the case to rectify the minor issues witch I believe your chief executives will release what Minor issues I’m am referring to as every company of your of your stature has and I’m sure they will be resolved before you’s receive this review as I said love the Cashplus app and the hard work of all the great employees you have ready to help costumers like myself keep up
